How Your First Call Goes

We start by simply talking. Let us know who needs coverage, about what you pay each month now, which doctors you want to keep and what frustrates you about the plan you have. We do not read from a script, and no one asks you to decide anything during that call.

After that, we pull plans from several carriers and set them next to each other so the premium, deductible and network of each are easy to read. We can review them on the phone, over video or in our office, as you prefer. The advisor you talked with first also handles the follow-up and your enrollment, so you tell your story once. The consultation is free. We are paid by the carrier you pick, not by you, so checking your options costs you nothing.

A Few Things to Keep Handy

1. The date of birth for each person you want on the plan.
2. Names of the doctors you see and any medications you take regularly.
3. Your current insurance card or most recent renewal letter, if you have one.
4. A ballpark figure for this year's income, which lets us check whether ACA marketplace savings apply to you.
